Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (~120 g each)

400 g small potatoes

200 g cherry tomatoes, halved

150 g green beans, cut into small pieces (~1–2 cm)

4 tablespoons Mainovo olive oil

Juice of ½ lemon

1 clove garlic, minced, or garlic powder

Fresh parsley, chopped (to taste, for serving)

Parchment paper or aluminum foil

Pepper, to taste

Salt, to taste (use sparingly for young children)

Preparation

In a medium bowl, place the salmon, SAZÓN® seasoning, and salt, and mix well.
In a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon of Mainovo olive oil and heat over high heat.
Place the fish in the skillet and grill for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and keep warm.
In the same skillet, add the remaining Mainovo olive oil, then add the cauliflower, green beans, and carrots, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and mix.
Serve immediately, accompanied by the reserved fish
