Mainova Honey is a 100% natural multifloral honey, produced in the heart of the Alentejo region from the nectar of Mediterranean flowers such as lavender, rosemary, rockrose, and blackberry blossom.

With an intense floral aroma and a delicately aromatic flavour, it stands out for its purity, authenticity, and close connection to nature. It is carefully extracted and packaged without the addition of preservatives or any alteration to its natural composition.

Note: Honey may naturally crystallise over time. This is a completely natural process resulting from its purity and the absence of additives or preservatives, and it does not affect its quality or flavour. To restore its liquid texture, simply place the jar in warm water for a few seconds.
