Smooth and velvety entry, with a moderate bitterness and persistent spicy aftertaste, characteristic of the Galega variety. The flavor reveals tones of dried fruits, especially almond, and a slight touch of ripe apple, ending with a herbaceous and slightly spicy note, balanced and long-lasting.
