VITICULTURE AND WINE MAKING
Planted in soil characterized by schist and granite, the grapes are produced using an integrated production system and are harvested at their perfect ripeness. The grapes are harvested manually, in 20kg boxes, and at night, allowing for a more careful selection and better preserving the aromas. In the winery, they pass through the sorting table where a rigorous selection is made, and then enter the jars where fermentation takes place. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation.
The grapes are grown under an organic production regime and certified within the Alentejo sustainability program.
