VITICULTURE AND WINE MAKING
Planted in soil characterized by schist and granite, the grapes are produced using an integrated production system, having been harvested according to their perfect state of ripeness. The harvest is manual, in 20kg boxes, and at night, providing a more careful selection and better preserving the aromas. In the winery, the pressing is direct with the whole bunch, cold decantation without additives, little intervention throughout the process. Low sulphur content.
15% of fermentation in French oak barrels, aged for 6 months.
